This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer <URL:http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMaintainer>. I have read the Social Contract, Debian Free Software Guidelines and Debian Machine Usage Policy and agree with all of them. Currently, I maintain the package plasma-widget-yawp and I co‐maintain the packages KVIrc and Skanlite. Before that I was active in the German translation team and did for example the cryptsetup or ikiwiki translations. In the current release cycle (Squeeze) I've also fixed an RC bug in ossp-uuid. Apart from that I'm helping in the KDE team as my time allows (did some work on kde4libs 4.4). My GnuPG key 0xE1DE59D2 is signed by the Debian Developer Erik Schanze.
