From what I can see, at the moment Cleto only maintains atheist, which is a package with few users and that has not yet received any bug report, and I cannot find any of his packaging activity before August 2009. Unless I'm missing something, it looks to me like you may want, if any, Debian Maintainer rather than Debian Developer at the moment.
