I fully support Benjamin for DM status: we comaintain matplotlib and
he is the key for the collaboration on the package maintenance between
Debian and Ubuntu, doing lot of work in Debian first (keeping only
specific changes in Ubuntu).
I also sponsored dvdbackup and gave a look to xmms2.
I believe Benjamin has the packaging skill to be able to upload by himself.
