Hi all,

I co-maintain bibus in Debian Science with Jan, who does most of the work. He
puts a lot of efforts in things that make bibus a well-maintained package; in
particular he is in contact with Upstream and forwards him the Debian patches.
The bibus package did not have bugs yet so I can not comment on how he handles
them, but I have no doubt that he will do it with the same care as for the rest
of the packaging work.

In my next upload, I will set DM upload rights on the bibus package, and hope
that Jan will soon become a DM so that he kan keep on with his good work with
more independance.

I hope that Jan will continue to accumulate experience and grow his skills so
that he can apply to the NM queue.

Have a nice day,
