I advocate Christoph's application. I have sponsored uploads of mini-dinstall and icedove-dispmua in the past. He did a great job of reviving and fixing the orphaned mini-dinstall. During his work on packaging up icedove extensions like dispmua he interacted nicely with upstream talking them into the necessary adjustments necessary to package xpi's up for a distribution. -- Guido
