Advocation of Daniel Kahn Gillmor for DM

In response to Daniel's indication of his application for Debian
Maintainer status, I'm happy to have the opportunity to advocate
Daniel Kahn Gillmor for Debian Maintainership.

I know Daniel, and believe very strongly that he is a perfect fit for DM,
and for Debian as a whole. He is the mantainer and co-maintainer of 6
packages already in the archive[0] all maintained with a skill and
dedication that many of us wish we had. He regularly files quality bugs
as well as providing helpful information to existing ones[1]. Daniel has a
passion for Debian that really show. He is not only active in Debian itself,
but also is very active in the larger Debian community. He is an active contributor
on the Debian Administration pages[1], has a solid track record interacting
with upstream authors[2], spends his time helping users and admins make
better use of debian systems[3], and regularly contributes back useful
documentation and tutorials[4].

Debian already benefits immensely from Daniel's contributions, and only
stands to gain even more by adding him to the DM keyring.
