Something else that would be nice to detect is NM/AMs with problems,
using criterias such as "hasn't changed state in the process in the last
6 months" or "has been in the process for more than 2 years".
It's often very painful for NM to have AMs who, while not totally
inactive, take a very long time to anwer...
