Earlier today I made the orderin on nmlist.php match that on ammain.php (the internal page used by AMs/FD/DAM) and that actually used in practice. FD approval is now ordered by AM approval date. That was the ordering already used on nmlist.php, ammain.php ordered by application date, but we didn't really process in that order anyway. DAM approval is still ordered by FD approval date. (There were some minor fixes; some of the nmlist.php sections showed up upside-down.) But of course, we do reserve the right to occasionally process applicants in a different order.
