Given that Australian or New Zealand DDs who travel to Europe are likely to have
a stop in Singapore, it seems probable that someone will be able to sign the key
sooner or later, if Billy is able to get to the airport to meet them.
Come to think of it, asking DDs travelling to NZ for linuz.conf.au in January
whether anyone is stopping in Singapore and could meet for a keysigning wouldn't
be a bad idea.
