Bug#936805: kodi: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye

A few people are already working on kodi 19, and packages will start to appear in a few days in experimental.

Actually there are related packages in NEW: dav1d was accepted a couple days ago, shairplay and libudfread.  They are not compulsory dependencies, so not strictly blocking, but they were uploaded for kodi to link against them.

This bug will be solved when updating to Kodi ≥ 19, which prominently
declares it migrated to Python 3.  Of course some plugins might not be
py3 ready, so it's probably time to stage the kodi-without-py2
packages in experimental and report bugs upstream.

The Python Team is moving ahead with making at py2 dep RC for low
popcon leaf packages this week, and while there isn't a roadmap
(afaik), I suspect this bug will become serious this fall (2020).

Thanks,
Nicholas
