Re: how to completely reset soundconfig?

Hi folks,

You should try ALSA, it's really an amazing sound
driver. I run it on a emu10k1 ( SB Live ) and it works
fine.

It simple to configure, when you recompile your
kernel, choose alsa support as module, and your sound
card model as module. Then, load it at launch, and
enjoy.

I don't think it will cause any trouble, just try
it, and don't forget to set sound with alsamixer
before trying to listen to something.

  Regards,

 Rem
