ftp.bg.d.o mirror

Hello,

Due to critical hardware failure, mirror debian.a1.bg will be offline 
for some time. We're in the process to change NS records, so one of the 
other Bulgarian mirrors will handle the traffic.

I'd like to request a change of the ftp.bg.d.o CNAME to be to
ftp.uni-sofia.bg.
