This will generate outgoing traffic, which users will have to pay for,
at least to get the 302 which then should send you to the internal
mirror. This is not the prefered option, but we could try to get that
set up.
As far as i understand, httpredir.debian.org mostly uses source IPs and
BGP information to decide where to point to. If that is correct, i will
work with Microsoft to obtain this information and get that added to
httpredir.debian.org.
