Automatic push from a mirror to a non-official wanna-build service

I would like to know if one of you, as a mirror admin, could configure a
push to a non-official wanna-buildd service ?
To sum up, during the summer, we set up a parallel infrastructure to
automatically rebuild new Debian packages with clang instead of gcc. It
is pretty much working when we insert packages manually.
The only thing that we need now is an automatic "ping" to get the list
of new sources packages.
Anyone of you who could help us here ?
