This is a problem with the mirror.
To mirror.cs.wisc.edu admins, could you please:
- check what is wrong (disk ?)
- update your ftpsync version
- make sure you are subscribed to
http://lists.debian.org/debian-mirrors-announce
Marcus, in the meantime, you can use another mirror from
http://www.debian.org/mirror/list
