$ host 184.108.40.206
220.127.116.11.in-addr.arpa is an alias for 39.32-18.104.22.168.in-addr.arpa.
39.32-22.214.171.124.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mirrors2.kernel.org.
So kernel.org seems to have issues with mirrors1 and points it to mirrors2, but
our ftp.us rotation is made of A records.

mirrors1.kernel.org removed from the rotation (300 sec TTL).
