There was a packet loss? At my end or yours?

It's possible.
We have also been experiencing a strange bug in Linux networking code
because of the HTB shaper - just yesterday I applied a new patch that's
meant to fix it, and the errors in the local logs have died down, so
I'm hoping it's going to be fine now...
