On September 29th, 2007, I fixed them to do two stages of rsync, but their
local rotation (mirrors.kernel.org) was still out of sync for potentially
long periods of time while they updated. On March 3rd, 2008, I fixed them
to wait for one another until both have completed the first rsync stage.

Their situation is almost regularly exacerbated by the immense load on both
machines, so we haven't had them as part of the US rotation for many
months now. :/
