ftp://natasha.stmarytx.edu/debian doesn't work in passive mode, could
you please fix that ?

Indeed, I have to 'set ftp:passive-mode off' in lftp to be able to
receive data.

You're right, it's embarrassing..
I emailed the people of mirrors.kernel.org about this problem a few days
ago, they are aware of that :/
