BTW, when I upgraded to Apache 2.2, my libapache2-mod-cband started
misbehaving and throttling uploads to the range of 1 MB/s, whereas
I set it up to allow 100 MB/s. Disabling the module makes everything
all right again (but I lose the functionality). It's pretty strange.
