http://www.emdebian.org/debian/ has some cross-toolchains but last
time I tried to download the mips version there were some dependency
problems.

The IP32 kernel snapshot from
http://people.debian.org/~tbm/mips/kernel/r11922/ has the SGI O2
driver.
