Unfortunately it does not work for me. I have used the nfsroot from
http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/etch/main/installer-mipsel/current/images/cobalt/nfsroot.tar.gz,
dated 2008-02-16 22:32.

I have also tried the current d-i daily build,

With this image, the kernel boots, but the system hangs after
mounting the rootfs from the initrd:
