What problem did you see _exactly_?
on server

Mar 22 00:52:02 p22 dhcpd: BOOTREQUEST from 08:00:69:07:50:d2 via eth0 (non-rfc1048) Mar 22 00:52:02 p22 dhcpd: BOOTREPLY for 192.168.1.33 to sgi (0x:00:xx:xx:xx:xx) via eth0

on client

>>bootp()192.168.1.22:/r4.img
Setting $netaddr to 192.168.1.33  (from server p22.mdj.orbe)
Unable to execute bootp()192.168.1.22:/r4.img

Have you read http://www.pvv.org/~pladsen/Indy/HOWTO.html and
http://www.zorg.org/linux/indy.shtml They tell you how you need to
configure your TFTP server so it'll work.
It seems I need to find a doc with a _exact_ firmware config for booting.
