dvd and divx on o2

Hi,

I am thinking about getting an SGI O2 (R5k, 192 MHz, 150 MB RAM, Media
Connector Card, 16" SGI Hires TFT Display).

Would it be possible to play divx and/or dvd movies under Linux or under
IRIX?
