I fully agree that having Irix and Linux working together more nicely
would be a really nice thing for some people to have.

Dualbooting is easy. It's changing the prom variables all the times that
sucks. Adding dualboot support to arcboot is doable. Maybe doing this
once saves you more time in the long run - again patches very welcome.

There are CDs like for any other arch. These are nonbootable for mips at
the moment though (although all the necessary tools to make them bootable
are there) - any volunteers?
