A reference to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3 is sufficient. - debian/README.Debian: does not contains useful information, remove it. - debian/rules and debian/watch contains lot of comments, clean them up. - debian/control: you need to declare a BD on at least libasound2-dev, did not test further.
