Just made another update to the test package on mentors, see
https://mentors.debian.net/package/zmat
after consulting the debian-octave mailing list, the octave-zmat
package is all good now (tested and working)
I also corrected an error (due to the removal of the bundled lz4 files) of the orig package prep script, and now the package is compiled properly against the external liblz4 library.
feel free to take a look and let me know if any additional change
