yes it does.
I uploaded it :)

FTR I asked in d-legal@ about this issue.
I'm not satisfied, but in the meantime I'll just upload this package
too (I'll do the third another time, probably).
Either they will be rejected or not, imho they don't warrant a reject,
but the source itself alone still violates the MIT, imho.

Starting here, though people forgot to Cc me so I lost some emails, it
