I fully agree here, this is why I don't have any problem when I'm
not behind the proxy.
Moreover that apt special conf file was needed too mitigate a little bit
the problem, and retrying usually works correctly.
I'm still not sure why it does happen only with Debian and apt-based repo,
because browsing the internet doesn't have any problem.

Anyway, I don't care too much :)
