Hi List, 

i'am an Debian Maintainer and would like to take over maintaining an
existing Package within Debian. Problem is, that the current Maintainer/Developer can't
upload anymore to Debian and so he can't add/change maintainers.

What is the correct way of becoming an Maintainer of such "not really orphaned" packages?
