We don't really have individual mentoring in Debian; instead people
with questions ask them on this list or on the IRC channel and people
who know the answers reply as best they are able. This way the answers
benefit everyone, not just the people asking the the questions. This
scales better than individual mentoring but may seem impersonal to
newcomers unfortunately.
