No. That is simply my intent, means "I want to add DMUA: yes", and
I hope it would also reviewed to be or not to be.
In fact, the process adding DMUA is different by DDs...
# Some DDs say "add it yourself before uploading; I will review it and
reject if needed",
# others say "please contact me about it and re-upload after
reviewing", "I will add
# when uploading (I asked about it after review)", ...
