Thank you for a fantastic review.

I addressed most issues and re-uploaded the package.
For a moment I put on hold reformatting debian/copyright and changing
package version number.

Updated package available from on same URL as before.

Version had to be changed with epoch so it will be higher than the
wrong package which is in debian right now.
Probably it can be 1:0.0.4-1 but 1:0.0.4-7 may be considered a
successor of previous 0.0.4rj1-6.1
(it doesn't violate anything as far as I know).
At least for a time being we can keep the same package URL on mentors.
