I like git-dch or manually adding changelog as we go with dch but some
people like git-import-dsc at the last moment. I do not have strong
opinion.
(git-import-dsc seem to have annoying bug importing .pc data)
I would like to use git-dpm eventually but I am learning it.

I think since it rebase all contents, it needs to be agreed first.
Then "git push origin :master" to erase old one and put new one by
pushing.
