From what I understand, the release team has asked the FTP Masters to
avoid accepting new binary packages which introduce a transition, as
Ogre does.¹ I think that's reason that your package is sitting in the
queue.

¹: Correct me if I'm wrong about that, I have not inspected the package
in NEW deeply
