RFS: slgtk -- FTBFS fix, new uploader

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "slgtk".

  Version         : 0.7.6-1
  Upstream Author : Michael S. Noble

It builds these binary packages:
slang-gtk  - binds the GIMP Toolkit (GTK+) to the S-Lang scripting language

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 549781

My motivation for maintaining this package is: The previous upload of
  this package (Rafael Laboissiere) has left the Debian project. This
  version puts me in the Uploaders field and set DM-Upload-Allowed,
  hence, I can upload further uploads myself.
