Ignoring for now the anomaly of closing a wontfix bug, which Kumar has
already addressed, this is what I would send to achieve this result.
Rationale: 567196-done closes the bug and copies the submitter, your
existing CC is fine, and control@bugs.debian.org will process the commands
at the top of the email. Your longer explanation will be ignored by it, but
the whole thing will be recorded in the BTS for time eternal.
