It's exactly as it should be, just me being blind; didn't see the last
version being 1.32 .

The watch-file doesn't seem to work correctly. Consider changing the
content to something like:
version=3
opts="uversionmangle=s/(alpha|beta|rc)/~$1/" \
http://sf.net/nemesis/nemesis-(.*)\.tar\.gz
The rest of the changes looks good.
Also remember to delete the aclocal.m4, config.h.in and configure
files before making the diff.gz to get rid of the
"patch-system-but-direct-changes-in-diff" lintian warnings.
