As Michael said, if you have not send a mail with the usual RFS template
to this list, you should do so.

However, even with the list warned about your package, there is no
expected time to get replies. Some packages get reviewed/sponsored very
fast, others take a long time and several posts to the list. It all
depends on whether a potential sponsor sees the mail and becomes
interested in the package.
