With the sole exception being the fact that the Readme also contains the
changelog, it looks fine to me now (you could actually add
a 'changelog.gz' -> 'README.gz' symlink). 

It is now up to a DD to sponsor the package (I'm stuck on NM, so can't do
it), which shouldn't be so hard now.
