drivers/firebird/dbd_firebird.loT needs to be removed on clean

The -g flag should always be on (as well as -Wall), and the custom
nostrip handling isn't needed since dh_strip handles it properly.
You might want to support noopt too.
You should retitle 444425 to ITA.
I suspect (didn't check) that you are missing some copyright info
since there are lots of upstream authors, but only one copyright
holder.
