Using DEB_BUILD_OPTS=noopt doesn't make any change while building the
package, this should be fixed (you don't seem to be passing the CFLAGS
to make).
You aren't using the configure target, you should also remove it.
Also, as I said on my first message, why don't you let dh_shlibdeps do
its job instead of specifying the Depends field manually?. Using
${shlibs:Depends} generates:
libc6 (>= 2.7-1), libcurl3-gnutls (>= 7.16.2-1), libglib2.0-0 (>=
2.14.0), libkrb53 (>= 1.6.dfsg.2), libncurses5 (>= 5.6+20071006-3)
which is far different from:
libcurl3-gnutls, libglib2.0-0
