New request for checking: Java library tagsoup (ITP #359170)
Hi,
I have uploaded a second attempt at a "TagSoup" package, following some
useful feedback from Marcus Better[1]. Please can someone take a look at
this new version and provide further feedback?
The major changes are as follows:
1) Build Dependencies revisited, after running it through pbuilder.
2) Binary package renamed to libtagsoup-java.
3) Comments in changelog expanded, to explain about the man page patch.
4) copyright file changed to use standard GPL wording (although I am
still a bit unsure about including the whole of the AFL -- any comments?).
The package is not quite lintian/linda clean:
lintian -I -i
I: tagsoup source: build-depends-without-arch-dep ant
N:
N: The control file lists the given package in Build-Depends, but no
N: architecture-dependent packages are built.
I believe this is the lintian bug
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=372190
I thought this had been fixed (I am using Lintian v1.23.25); I will
follow this up later.
The package can be found on mentors.debian.net:
