That's not a proper reason to set architectures.  Buildds can
correctly detect if the build dependencies are missing on an
architecture.  You should only set specific architectures if it is
because of something related directly to your package.

If your dependencies were ever to come available to the missing
architectures, you would need to make a new revision instead of just
triggering a rebuild on the corresponding buildds.
