new package wmbattmon

hi all,

i have uploaded a new package: wmbattmon

it is a dockapp which shows acpi information read from proc filesystem.
its features are:

notify              - used to run a command each time there is an alarm
suspend             - used to set the system specific ACPI suspend
standby             - used to set the system specific ACPI standby
powerconsumption    - last line displays current power consumption (in mW)
cputemp             - displays the cpu temperature
config              - user can specify configuration file
2batts              - monitors up to two batteries

the old name was wmbatteries, but in company with the author i changed the
name to wmbattmon for better separation from wmbattery.
