Solved: pbuilder -- chroot and build-dependencies.

Sometimes (well, in fact, almost everytime) I have to do some changes --
basically in debian/control and debian/rules, so just using .dsc can't
satisfy me. But with dpkg-source -b (thanks to Jeroen van Wolffelaar)
using .dsc files would be ok.
