I can sponsor you. Here are the things that I think should be corrected
before uploading:

- - Both packages use dh_python so they must build-depend on "python".

- - python-elementtree and python-celementtree are only dummy packages
  which should be noted in the descriptions. For example
  python-metakit has this paragraph in the description:
  .
  This package depends on the python bindings' package for the default python
  version, currently 2.3.

Apart from that the packages are very good.
