257098 is "new upstream version available"

This is the manpage not installed bug, so it should probably be:

 * changed dh_installmanpages to dh_installman (Closes: #267475)
 * Updated to new upstream version (Closes: #257098)

You should never use any "Closes: #<bugnr>" without explanation.

Didn't take any look at the package itself though.
