Martin and I implemented a work-around that's ugly enough that I'm not
telling it here. ;)

Hm, I can't say anything to this, because packages.qa and qa are two
different programs. I think it really should have shown suppressed the
first warning if it goes in on the same day. Well, about the testing
version on that page: I can tell you nothing about, sorry.

Please be aware that packages.qa can also be stalled these days. IIRC
some of the data is created by my "normal" user account on merkel, and
this account is just de-activated now (as all normal accounts on merkel).
(I also can't take a look, because my account is de-activated there.)
