Well, sorry, but I can't reproduce the bug anymore. I've seen this behaviour all this night (elapsed rebuilding about a dozen of packages) and performed some more test this morning, just before sending the mail, but currently the bug seems went over. I'm investigating a bit more to find out which conditions have changed (the most likely case is a transient situation due to the current transition from perl 5.6 to perl 5.8) ... if I find something I will tell you.
